Milia (also known as milk spots) are often mistaken for whiteheads, but are actually keratin-filled cysts that form just under the skin, looking like white or yellowish bumps on the surface.

The contents of the Milia is then simply squeezed out. Once extracted the Milia is completely flat and the skin healing process begins.
