Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. This will ensure you are familiar with your surroundings and ensure you are relaxed prior to your treatment.
Parking: Parking is onsite next to The Banquet Chinese Restaurant.
Location: We are located inside No. Twenty Four Salon, on London Road next to The Banquet Chinese Restaurant
Suitability: Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions, during pregnancy and for those under the age of 16 or 18 year. Please raise any concerns at the time of booking. We may require a doctor’s note in order for us to perform certain treatments.
Patch Testing: We do require for a patch test to be administered for certain treatments. This must me performed in person and each treatment that requires this will have different guidelines as to when it must be performed. Please see the treatment description for these details and if you are unsure please speak to a member of our team.
Consultation: You will be required to complete and sign a consultation each time you visit . This is fully compliant with our privacy policy. Please be aware that at times we may be unable to carry out your treatment, if we feel from your consultation that the service is unsuitable for you at the time. We understand that this can be frustrating and we will always do our best to offer you a suitable alternative.
Cancellation: Please allow 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Time is precious, we hope you understand.
Payment: Please note that we accept all major debit and credit cards for all of our treatments and products, or cash/cheque if you prefer.
